Chiara Franco

Chiara is a Consultant at Officine Innovazione – Deloitte Italy since 2022, with a background in Product and Strategic Design. She specializes in identifying innovative product and service strategies. Her Master’s thesis at Politecnico di Milano focused on designing an immersive, multi-sensory experience within luxury boutiques, exploring the synergy between high-end fashion and gourmet food.

At Officine Innovazione, Chiara leads and facilitates co-creation workshops, aligning innovation themes and trends with clients’ strategic priorities. She has also delivered numerous training sessions on design thinking, brand identity, and communication strategies for corporate teams and startups.
